The former Milwaukee Brewer is batting .318 (14-44) in 12 games against New Britain with five RBIs and ten runs scored. He also has a four-game hitting streak against the Bees coming into today’s game.
Starters Key to the Game: Southpaw Struggles- The Bees have generally struggled against left-handed pitchers this season, collectively batting just .243 with a .319 on-base percentage (.273 BA, .333 OBP vs. right-handers). With lefty Nik Turley on the mound for the Patriots, the Bees will need to figure out a way to overcome their woes against southpaws to pick up an important series win against a division rival.
