Series: The Bluefish took the middle game of the three-game series last night to knot the series at a game apiece. The ‘Fish head into the final game of the season series leading 10-9.

The Bees: In three games (two starts) against Bridgeport this season, left-hander Jarret Leverett has allowed just four earned runs in 16.2 innings, good for a 2.16 ERA. In his last start against the Bluefish, the native of Georgia allowed just one run in seven innings on July 23.
The Opposition: During his five-game hitting streak, catcher Jose Gil is batting .474 (9-19) with three doubles, four RBIs, and two runs scored, and is hitting .292 (7-24) in seven games against the Bees.
Key to the Game: Bring ‘Em Home- The Bees have left 21 runners on base through the first two games of this series against the Bluefish, including 13 in last night’s 4-3 extra-inning loss. To end the season series 10-10 against the Bluefish, the Bees will have to figure out a way to turn those baserunners into runs on the scoreboard.
