After tonight’s game, the teams square off in a split doubleheader tomorrow, and end the series on Thursday night. The Bees: Coming off the All-Star break, the Bees were swept on the road against the York Revolution, dropping the team below .500 for the first time since June 30 (32-33). The Bees are 3-7 in the second half, 4.5 games in back of Long Island. The Opposition: The Barnstormers have opened the second half of the season with a 4-6 record, most recently dropping two of three to Southern Maryland at home this past weekend. Overall, Lancaster is 38-41 on the season.
Starters Key to the Game: Short memories- The first series post All-Star break did not go as planned for the Bees as the team dropped three straight to the York Revolution on the road.
