The left-hander out of Eatonton, Georgia is just four strikeouts away from reaching 100 in his professional career and is only five innings away from setting a new career high in innings pitched for a single season (currently stands at 41.2 innings; current career high is 46.1 set in 2014). The Opposition: Josh Wilson has enjoyed a strong series thus far against the Bees. The former big league shortstop is off to a 3-7 start to the series with two RBIs, two runs scored and a double. Overall he is hitting .286 (12-42) in 12 games against New Britain this season.
Starters Key to the Game: Find the offense- The Bees have come out of the All-Star break with ice cold bats, managing just one run and six hits in each of the first two games of the series against the Revolution. For the Bees not to head home empty handed, the offense will need to find a spark against a familiar face in York’s Tyrelle Harris, who has already pitched in seven games against New Britain this season.
