The Bees: New Britain flies into Sugar Land looking to beat the streak, currently on a 4 game losing skid after being swept out of New Britain by the Somerset Patriots. They will be beginning their second road trip of the season, and for the second time they will only be making one stop before heading back home to New Britain.

The Opposition: Sugar Land heads into this series after a road trip to Lancaster and Southern Maryland. They are currently on a 2 game winning streak having defeated the Blue Crabs in the final two games of their series. The Skeeters have the league leaders in home runs (Jeremy Barfield, 5) and triples (Joe Benson, 2).

Starters- New Britain: Anthony Marzi (1-1, 4.50) | Sugar Land: Kyle Drabek (0-2, 10.13)

Key to the Game- Road warriors: The Bees are 2-1 in road games this year having won a series in Long Island earlier in the season, and they have lost 7 straight games at New Britain Stadium. The Bees are certainly looking for some momentum, and it seemed like the trip to Sugar Land came at an optimal time. Look for New Britain to hold their road warrior status and start the road trip in Texas off on the right foot, from a solid start by Anthony Marzi to quality at bats at the plate.

Broadcast: The Bees’ Official YouTube Channel (youtube.com/NewBritainBees) and Facebook Live (facebook.com/newbritainbees), starting at 7:50 P.M.

Song of the Day: Foo Fighters - Learn To Fly
