BEES LOOK FOR THIRD CONSECUTIVE WIN VS. DUCKS

Series: The Bees have taken the first two games of the four-game series to close the Ducks’ season series lead to 8-7. After tonight, the series wraps up tomorrow night with another 6:35PM start time.

The Bees: Third baseman Jovan Rosa is hitting .450 (9-20) with two RBIs and two runs scored during his five-game hitting streak and is 5-9 with two doubles so far in this series against Long Island.

The Opposition: Ducks’ catcher Mike Dowd, a former Seattle Mariners’ prospect, is hitting .478 (11-23) during his six-game hitting streak with three doubles, four RBIs, and three runs scored.

In three games of relief in August, the UConn alum has not allowed a run while allowing just four hits and striking out ten in 13.1 innings, proving himself capable of being extremely effective for multiple innings.
