The Bees: Michael Crouse enters this evening’s game working on a six-game hitting streak. During the streak, the native of Canada is hitting .348 (8-23) with two doubles, three RBIs and three runs scored. It is his fifth hitting streak this season of five games or longer.

The Opposition: In his first game against his old team, former Bee Kevin Rivers torched Bees’ pitching last night. The Bristol native went 3-4 with a pair of doubles and a run scored, and since the June 23 that sent him to York, Rivers is hitting .281 (18-64) with ten RBIs, seven doubles and six runs scored.

New Britain- RHP Brian Dupra (4-1, 3.67) | York- RHP Frank Gailey (2-2, 3.24)

Key to the Game: Stalking his Dupra- Just like James Simmons of the Revolution seems to have the number of the Bees’ offense, Brian Dupra appears to know how to handcuff the Revolutions’ hitters. In 10.1 innings against York (one start, one relief outing), Dupra has allowed just one earned run and has struck out six. Look for the right-hander to continue this trend as he seeks his first win since May 26.
