Bees / Patriots Postponed On Sunday (5/5)

Game To Be Made Up As A Doubleheader On Tuesday (7/2)

 

(New Britain, Conn., May 5, 2019) – New Britain team officials have announced that today’s (Sunday, May 5) game versus the Somerset Patriots has been postponed due to inclement weather. Ticket holders for Sunday’s (5/5) game can exchange their tickets at the New Britain Stadium Ticket Office for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any one of the remaining Bees regular season home games during the 2019 season, based on availability.

The game will be made up as part of a single-admission doubleheader featuring two seven-inning contests on Tuesday, July 2nd at New Britain Stadium. The first pitch in game number one of the twin-bill is scheduled for 5:35 P.M. The nightcap will begin one half hour after the first matchup concludes. The Bees returns to the Hardware City on Tuesday, May 14th when they host the Lancaster Barnstormers at New Britain Stadium in the opener of a three-game midweek series. First pitch is slated for 6:35 P.M. It will be the first two-fer Tuesday of the season, where fans have the opportunity to buy one ticket, and get one FREE when purchasing online, over the phone, or at the Bees Ticket Office.
